The public boundary, written down.

Website use, design-partner status, submissions, acceptable use, and limitations, without pretending the public site is already a production contract.

01Scope

These terms govern the public website, not a production service contract.

These terms apply when you browse traceaxiom.com or submit a request to join the waitlist. TraceAxiom is currently an independent, pre-incorporation product project operated by Arhan Canli. Using the website means you accept these website terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site or submit the form.

A design-partner evaluation, paid engagement, customer deployment, or handling of confidential code requires a separate written agreement. Nothing on the public site grants production access, commits TraceAxiom to accept a request, or replaces terms agreed for a specific engagement.

02Status

Verify is in development and carries explicit open gates.

Public materials describe an evolving system. TraceAxiom does not currently claim production readiness, managed production isolation, independent external security certification, customer acceptance, or benchmark leadership. Illustrative interfaces and runs are labelled, and measured statements are limited to the artifacts and methods they cite.

Features, interfaces, availability, and access criteria may change. Do not rely on the public site as a promise that a particular capability, release date, service level, or commercial offering will become available.

03Acceptable use

Use the public site without attacking it or placing others at risk.

You may browse, link to, and quote limited portions of the site for lawful commentary and evaluation. You may not interfere with availability, bypass controls, submit malicious payloads, impersonate another person, use automated requests that materially burden the service, or use the intake to transmit unlawful content.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private repositories, export-controlled material, regulated personal data, or sensitive vulnerability details through the public form. Security researchers should begin with the Contact page and establish an appropriate private channel.

04Submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit, while allowing it to be reviewed.

You retain rights in the description and other material you submit. You grant TraceAxiom permission to process that material only as reasonably needed to store, evaluate, respond to, protect, and administer the design-partner request. Do not submit material you lack authority to share.

A design-partner request does not transfer ownership of source code, create confidentiality obligations beyond applicable law, establish a partnership, or guarantee selection. Confidentiality and project-specific intellectual-property terms must be agreed separately before confidential work begins.

05Site rights

The site and original TraceAxiom materials remain protected.

The TraceAxiom name, visual identity, site design, original writing, diagrams, and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the public website as these terms permit.

Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. References to providers, standards, or tools describe interoperability or infrastructure and do not imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

06Limitations

The public site is provided as available and for evaluation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Technical writing is general information, not legal, security, financial, or production-deployment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraceAxiom and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the public site. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

07Changes

Changes are dated, and material engagement terms stay separate.

These terms are effective September 3, 2026. Material revisions will update the effective date. Continued use after a revision means the revised website terms apply from that point forward.

Questions can be sent through the Contact page. Because corporate formation is not complete, governing-law and entity-specific contract terms will be established in the appropriate written agreement rather than invented on this public page.

Terms questions

Clarify the agreement before sensitive work begins.

The public site is not a substitute for project-specific confidentiality, data, security, intellectual-property, or service terms. Every design-partner engagement uses a separate written agreement.
